Abstract

Xanthomonas bacteria the rice pathogenic variant is able to cause bacterial blight , an important plant pathogenic bacteria in rice . xrvA gene encoding products belonging to the H - NS family members and members of the protein family is widespread in Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria , pathogenic bacteria cell behavior . The laboratory has built xrvA gene mutant and overexpression strains , phenotype detected mutants and overexpression strains of pathogenic and extracellular polysaccharide production were significantly decreased, indicating that pathogenic bacteria xrvA gene exopolysaccharide production . The study confirmed that the xrvA genes in the Xanthomonas bacteria the rice pathogenic variants overexpression can delay the allergic reactions caused by the bacteria in non- host plants . Northern blot analysis showed that the the xrvA gene expression in the hrp the induction medium XOM2 in the expression than in rich medium OB high the xrvA gene the XOM2 medium induced expression . Detected xrvA the regulation of gene expression of 10 genes related or regulatory genes , seven genes that gumB rpfC , rpfF , rpfG ??, hrpG hrpX , csrA ( XOM2 , medium conditions ) in xrvA gene mutant expression the amount is significantly lower than the amount of expression in the wild-type strain , the description of the the mutant exopolysaccharide reduction may significantly reduce about mutant amount of gumB gene expression in rice the reduced pathogenicity may rpfC 6 this rpfF, rpfG, hrpG, hrpX, csrA reduced expression of genes related . gumB, gumK, rpfC in xrvA gene overexpression strains in expression levels are significantly lower than their expression in the wild-type strain , indicating that overexpression strains in the extracellular polysaccharide production may be associated with gumB, gumK ( 2 gene expression level was significantly lower them , may reduce the pathogenicity of the mutant rice with rpfC reduction of the amount of gene expression . addition rpfB gene expression in these strains did not differ significantly , the gumN gene expression level is too low almost undetectable the job description xrvA genes in rice pathogenic variants of Xanthomonas bacteria have a wide regulation range , is an important regulatory genes .
