Abstract

The melena mosquito Scatopse sp. Dung the Culicidae (Scatopsidae) insects, are Diptera (Diptera) is one of the important pests of edible fungi. Larvae serious harm mushroom, mushroom, mushroom, yellow Auricularia other edible fungi killed mycelium recession, Jundai black rot. The young mushrooms victims, Guti small yield. Fungus victims of the ear piece, ear piece smaller deformity, even black rot, resulting in serious edible mushroom production and economic losses. General cuts ranged from 10% to 40%, individual planting sites cut up to 80% -95%, or more seriously, crops. The experiments proceed from the basic black fecal mosquito indoor rearing techniques, the system further indoor the melena mosquito biological characteristics, including the age of the larvae and adult eclosion, mating, spawning rhythm, and finally study the various factors of melena mosquito adult mating behavior and reproductive. The following results: 1. Captivity proved by experiments melena mosquito optimum temperature is 25 ℃, temperature-by Leidai the feeding found its fecundity, egg hatchability, larval stage, emergence rate, pupae period, and male and female worms life parameters did not differ significantly smaller individual differences, developmental uniformity populations, indicating that this captivity to meet the indoor subculture feeding requirements to get a lot of growth and development consistent with experimental insects. 2 the melena mosquito larvae the four instar, the head and a wide range of various age were 0.093 ~ 0.165,0.190 ~ 0.197,0.233 ~ 0.239 and 0.246 to 0.336 mm. Larval instar (X) and the head housing width (Y) the relationship between the available equation y = 0.1045e0.2647x to fit (r = 0.9706, P lt; 0.05). 3. Of melena mosquito adult courtship process consists of three successive stages. Adult sex ratio close to 1:1, and feathering has the circadian distribution characteristics, mainly occurred between 5:00 to 22:00, which 7:00-13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, to reach a total more than 60% of the number of eclosion, male feathering lag phenomenon; relative to females terms, adult mating activities are mainly concentrated in the 1 d from 10:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 22:00; mating duration between 13 ~ 19 h; of melena mosquito adult spawning activity is temporal, 13:00 to 21:00. Melena mosquito-day-old female mosquitoes affect their mating rate of mating pre-mating rate gradually decreased with melena mosquito female mosquito age increasing, mating the pre gradually advance, the mating duration had no significant effect, black fecal mosquitoes male mosquitoes days of age their mating rate, mating early and mating duration had no significant effect. Mating age on the melena mosquito fecundity of female mosquitoes there are also significant, with the age increasing the melena mosquito female mosquitoes, the decline in fecundity, egg hatchability; the female mosquitoes preoviposition female mosquito life with the increasing day-old female mosquitoes and extended. But the melena mosquitoes male mosquitoes days of age, no significant effect on the fertility of female mosquitoes, the melena mosquitoes male mosquitoes life mating ability. 5. Temperature melena mosquito mating, spawning and adult life parameters were significantly affected. When the temperature is below 21 ° C, adult mating pre gradually shortened with increasing temperature; 21 ~ 36 ℃, the the adult mating preliminary temperature rises gradually extend; 21 ° C pre shortest adult mating. At 15 ~ 24 ℃, adult mating rate increased with increasing temperature, when the temperature is higher than 24 ° C, adult mating rate decreases with increasing temperature; adult mating duration shortens with increasing temperature. 24 ~ 30 ℃ optimum temperature for is melena mosquitoes breeding. Greater than 30 ° C or less than 24 ℃, the amount of oviposition decreased significantly reduced hatchability of eggs, females increase the amount of intra-abdominal legacy eggs (P lt; 0.01). Melena the mosquitoes adult the life and preoviposition are gradually shortened with increasing temperature; each temperature treatment, the life of the male mosquitoes were longer than the female mosquitoes. 6. Significant differences in the light of the melena mosquito mating and reproductive. With the extension of light, of melena mosquito adult mating duration gradually shorten, different illumination time of the the black fecal mosquito adult mating rate and mating were no significant pre-impact (P gt; 0.05); longer the exposure time, black spawning female mosquitoes fecal mosquito shorter the pre fecundity gradually reduce gradually shortened the life of the male and female mosquitoes, but the egg hatchability no significant impact (P gt; 0.05).
