Abstract


This paper studies the Chinese listed companies unfair related party transactions legal regulation problem by analyzing the current China related transactions legal regulation status and deficiencies in from Germany , the United States , Taiwan and Hong Kong legal theory and judicial practice , a complete set of Chinese Listed Companies unfair trade laws and regulations related legislative proposals . Also hope that through this can lead to academic Law in China listed companies in China related transactions unfair further attention and concern. This paper is divided into six chapters , except the first chapter introduction and conclusion last chapter , the other chapters of the main part of the article , in accordance ask questions, analyze and solve problems syllogism logical sequence arrangement discourse structure .
