Abstract


In the 21st century, knowledge become the decisive factor to improve overall national strength and international competitiveness. Human resources become strategic resources to promote economic and social development; various countries make education development a country’s development strategic measures. At present, in our country, per capita education level still is not high, creative talents high technical ability talents are lack and lack of outstanding talents. Speed up the education development, especially higher education development, is the basic way to translate our country the huge population pressure into human resources. Further education is an important part of the higher education, also has achieved great development in recent years, but each school further education intermingled, there is also no responsible phenomenon. Need to evaluate the performance of Further education, to benefit the whole Further education.This article is divided into five parts, the first chapter, introduce the background and significance. The second chapter, the summary of performance evaluation and introduce the development present situation, development scale and the trend of development of our country Further education. In the third chapter, discuss evaluation method of Further education performance; on the basis of introduce the traditional evaluation method and the characteristics of evaluation Further education performance, select the suitable entropy weight multiple objective evaluation method.
