Abstract


This dissertation describes the S-band RF front-end design, RF front end including a transmitter and a receiver。Implementation of technical indicators are as follows: receiver dynamic range is 60dB, IF output power lever is 0dBm, noise figure is 1.42dB, the transmitter output power lever is 27.2dBm.The first chapter is the introduction part, outlined the significance of the research and radio-ranging works.Chapter II is the theoretical study of the RF front-end. receiver, transmitter is introduced and studied.Chapter III for the system planning section, this chapter is the focus of this paper , it elaborated the design process in detail according to the system index of unit circuit . Chapter introduces the development process of unit circuit, select the appropriate device,and simulating the unit circuit,then designing and debugging the unit circuit.Chapter V is the system debugging and testing, mainly introcuces the debugging and testing results.Chapter VI is the conclusion part.The S-band RF front-end test results are up to the target, in the design, commissioning process has accumulated valuable experience, and laying a good foundation for the same product design.
