Abstract


China’s E-Learning area has taken shape. The network instruction system supports the development of E-learning. It is generally acknowledged, the network instruction system is made up of learning resource, learning resource developing system and learning management system. Among them the developing system which represents network courseware and the replant resource is the key elements in the network educational development. Though the network developing system home and abroad has have its unique characteristics it exists its disadvantages: the un-standardized network courseware, being difficult to search, organize and manage them, the learning data of learner d are unable to be tracked by LMS(Learning Management System), the transplantation of the web courseware is poor, which depends too much on special instruction systems. So researching and developing the standardized e-learning system has important realistic meanings.Comparing the studying work in the recent years, the thesis researches deeply the standardized network courseware developing system’s requirements based on SCORM(Shareable Content Object Reference Model), and gives the idea and realization method of a standard e-learning system based on a standardized network courseware making tool. As the standardized network courseware is the key element to build the e-learning system, this tool is introduced first. This is aimed for building new standardized network courseware as well as standardize the un-standardized network courseware. So it helps the creator of the network instruction resources to make network courseware more quickly. The element resources made by this tool can be conveniently found and referenced by other creators; for the un-standardized network courseware, it can encapsulate them to be standardized ones, then they can be used without different. All of these brought a higher level for the sharing of network courseware resources. Coherence with the courseware standardize making tool, a standard e-learning system is introduced, it can effectively centralize the standard resources’storage and provide content and asset sharing services to fit the different needs of various users, which greatly increases the utilization rate of resources.
