Abstract


Objective: to study the food hygiene quantitative classification management is applied to suzhou city student collective meals results in supervision and management, to explore new mode of school food safety regulatory science provides the basis. Methods: selecting eligible schools and relevant personnel to suzhou city as the research object, USES the ratings, questionnaire survey and quantitative grading method, about 2004, 197 and 197, 2004 eligible school ratings, scoring and points were compared, and the eligible school food safety management level, hardware facilities and 600 high school students graded awareness and school satisfaction evaluation. Results: compared with 2004, 2005 increase 13.1% score for A grade school, canteen and outsourcing of bento school always scored an average of 8.6 points and 9.4 points in the food storage and retention samples link indicators points significantly reduced, basic sanitation and food safety management level significantly increased. Questionnaire survey of 2006, 600 middle school students' awareness of quantitative classification was 62.8%, the school food hygiene quality satisfaction rate of 79.2%. Conclusion: food hygiene quantitative classification management to improve the student collective dinner food hygiene safety management level has a positive meaning, but still need to improve.
