Abstract


The development of computer technology and the popularization of Internet have made electronic management an important means of improving administrative efficiency and service level in colleges and universities. Domestic universities have either purchased or independently developed information management systems in charge of the managements of office, teaching, research, personnel and students. The corresponding rules and regulations they made simultaneously guaranteed their achievements at this aspect. The League Services Information Management System is an important part of information construction in colleges and universities. In recent years, when colleges and universities keep enlarging their enrollment, multi-campus management has become a prominent problem because it requires a better information management module. The information management of League services is confronted with the same problem. Since E-League Service is a quite effective way of tackling important and difficult problems in current League services management, its construction should be treated as an emergent and indispensable part of electronic school construction. Based on the campus network of the school, the League Services Information Management System of Dali University develops its network database through SQL Server.Centered on these databases, it adopts B/S structure, taking Microsoft.NET for the operation platform and ASP.NET for the frame of network programming. The information will be displayed foreground after being processed background. Furthermore, its function managements may vary with different access rights.This system is intended for developing management modules which can cope with managements of League members’information, associations, social practice, scientific activities and“Young Marxists Cultivating Project”. When finished, it will meet the demands of online League services management and information exchange, which will help make the League information management more convenient, efficient, secure, accurate and faster. Consequently, it will greatly normalize and optimize the procedures of League services management.
