Abstract


Along with the rapid development of modern technology, the campus inner part’s digital construction has already been gradually maturing. The effective path to realize the educational administration management is to integrate and optimize the various teaching resources through an information-based means. Educational administration system is the core of the digital campus construction, which is mainly responsible for the learning and teaching to the whole school, also takes charge of the usage of the teaching resources. The realization of educational administration information system not only promises to optimize the allocation of resources, but also has the ability to correspond with educational administration. So that this system can accordingly achieve the goal of optimizing the teaching, learning and living, advancing the efficiency, effect and benefit on various managements and services, improving the educational administration style, management principle and information technology to be well combined, continuously to be deepened and perfected.Under push of educational information-based construction by the Ministry of Education, a lot of high schools are all building the campus net hardware platform and even has purchased management system or management module, but which are not enough fitted the actual operation, even has brought the obstacle to the operation. This research combines the educational administration with a certain vocational and technical college in Sichuan province. In order to set up a high efficient, systematic, and networking educational administration system, this paper proposes an information-based solution to further improve the educational administration management system in school.The main research contents include:1. Present a careful argument for the technique possibility, economic possibility and operation possibility;2. Analyze the needs of the design on functional departments, teaching plan management module, student status management module, course selection management module, and examination management module; 3. Design the system with an aim at practicability, usability and integration, and adopt B|S structure and C# language;4. According to various and numerous datum, this system integrates into the design of data dictionary, and carries on a discussion on the non- function needs such as safety, reliability and usability etc., tries hard to carry out one more perfected function, and higher performance educational administration system in school.
