In the modern times, fierce competition (among business organizations) at the international level demand economic globalization as a‘must do’activity for the competitors to maintain their niche in the (service) market. It is established that‘technology’plays an inevitable role in the service development process, it is becoming customary for the organizations to implement CRM strategies to stay competitive in the market. Customer relationship management (CRM) is a key organizational process that aims to establish, maintain, and enhance long-term associations with customersLasting a stable customer group has become the most valuable resource to the enterprises, the key is to strive for the enterprise marketing and retaining customers, satisfy consumers to demand, and customers personalized stability of loyalty and trust. The way to realize it relies not only on how well a firm can grasp the information about customers and their behaviours, but also on how satisfying the services or products it can provide.Technology used for CRM performs an important and supportive role.In this paper, a design of an Customer relationship management based on the structured object-oriented method is introduced.This paper combines the current popular customer relationship management (CRM) and computer information management (MIS) together, constructs a high efficient management information system.It will help enterprise search for more potential clients, dig for more customer demand, maintain the relationship between customers and improve work efficiency. We aim to make the customer management personnel away from multifarious manual operation.The function of system are perfect .It can accomplish tasks in the fields of data operation and information retrieval.The system has basically meet the requirements. System interface are not only friendly but also easy to operate.
