Abstract


Open from administrative to open justice is the proper meaning of modern transparent justice . The right to know the theory of judicial information made ??publicly available by the theoretical source of information asymmetry in the practice of criminal justice has led the public right to know the judicial and litigation participants litigation rights are not guaranteed . Public information perspective into the criminal proceedings are necessary , the existing public their trial public law are essentially information disclosure legislation embodied in the criminal proceedings , but we must recognize that for the filing , investigation , the implementation phase of information disclosure , whether academic or practical lack of due attention .
