Abstract


The the Shareholder defects seriously affect the security of transactions, to destroy the entire market economy credit system . New company law provisions of the constitution and civil legal consequences too for the original Law of the shareholder capital contribution flaw principle , in practice the operating less standardized conditions, a more substantial changes to the shareholder-financed system , substantive progress, but its provisions are still too brief and weak operability .
