Abstract


Based on the chairman Hu’theory of army modernization in new era, the army informationization switched to the fast lane. C army unit, as a scientific research institutions in army, play an important role in army informalizaiton. The Study Management System of Politics Theory is a good attempt of trying to change the traditional polictics study mode. The writer of this article takes part in the whole progress of the system development. His work includes doing require analysis, managing the project group and be responsibility for the system deploying.At the first phase of this project, the civil and foreign research status and user needs had been analyzed .A comparative study of key technologies had been done. From the viewpoint of project management and software engineering, the quality management of the system and development method is also optimized.In the development phase, the Nolan model is applied to plan the system at first and the opportunity, economies, technic of realizing the system, developing and design utility and so on had been analyzed in feasibility. And then specific data dictionary,business processes, functions and database structure had been identified. The B/S model had been selected and the detail structure, realizing condition and method of the whole system had also been identified.This System is based on .Net Framework 3.5. Visual Studio 2008 is main developing platform of this system and ASP.NET tech is adopted. Passing function and performance test, the system is deploied on the local net of C Force.The purpose, background and significance of the system had been also introduced in this thesis, and recommendation has been given. All of this will lay a good foundation to spread over the army and improve the system functions in the future.
