Abstract


1990s , the Internet worldwide at an alarming rate in the development and popularization of our economic life brought a lot of impact . Trademarks in the network environment is also showing the new features of the digital, electronic , rights and conflict , triggering a series of trademark rights disputes caused to some extent , of the trademark legislation and judicial practice raised new issues. This article is deeply feel this urgency , trademark infringement under the network environment from the start of network development , analysis , identify the elements and manifestation of the protection of the status quo of China 's current trademark law , in comparison , learn from foreign practices based on the view of how to improve our network of trademark protection mechanisms , to initiate , to jointly explore and perfect the legal system of trademark protection in the network environment .
