Abstract


Accounts receivable pledge is a new system of security interest under "Property Law", but because of the law being too principle, and the implementation details having not yet been introduced, so the application of the system and theoretical study are still have a lot of non - certainty and controversy. And this article is to discuss these issues.This article includes three chapters.In the first Chapter of the article,the author will explain the independence of accounts receivable pledge on the basis of the concept of it, and put it compare with the assignment of accounts receivable。This affirmed that the enactment in Property Law of PRC is a choice of advantages.The second chapter explains the specific rules of pledge accounts receivable in connection with the too principled legislation, including the establishment and publicity system of accounts receivable pledge. Among them, the author analyze it on the basis of domestic practice, especially on our current banking practice of pledgor and the rules of can be pledged accounts receivable.The third chapter comes up with the corresponding preventive measures in accounts to the possibility of risk in practice. Among them, the bank’s success stories, such as Shenzhen Development Bank’s "Supply Chain Financing Program", and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s "Wal-Mart vendor financing solutions" are the main reference samples.
