Abstract


University graduates’employment and dispatchment work is one of the essential task in higher education institutions’work. It’s as well the indispensable link in graduates registering work. Dispatchment and registration certificate is the only demonstration of the sending and receiving graduates’files.Since 1999, higher education institutions’graduates dispatchment work used“university graduates’employment management system”developed by qinghua university. This system based on VF data base is a hard disk verson. In such a imformation-explosive society with the wireless internet, this system has low effiency and produces many mistakes .Further more, the data caculation’s function is so weak that it can far from meet the demand of university graduates’work.Sichuan normal university’s employment managemnet system is established in the reality of the graduates employment management and employing units’admistration work. In such serious employment situation, we can make advantage of the imformation techonology,internet and database to process the graduates’imformation, proctect the files of employing units, making students better interact with related employing units and getting analytical caculation of every link.In this article ,we adopt the idea of facing directly the objects of study and use the modling languge as our design methods to make some service’demands analysis and system design. Directed to the demandsa and characteristics of university graduates, employing units, college employment administrators , this system use B/S and C/S pattern, multi-layer software patern in function to realize the management of sichuan normal university graduates’basic imformation, employing unit imformation and employing imformation in techonology, which mainly based on NETpattern ,windows management system, and VB.NET programming language, XML defaut setting, SQL SERVER2008 data base .
