Abstract


With the development of China's socialist market economy , the integrity problem is getting aroused widespread concern . For a long time , the credit problems are more concentrated in the commercial areas , while ignoring the government credit as advocates and defenders of the social credit system . Whole social credit system , at the heart of government credit , security and pillar of the social credit system . To establish a social credit system , government credit is the key. Exercise state authority and local governments as the central government , the implementation of the will of the state , the implementation of the government on behalf of the country to deal with its capacity building has become one of the important issues of theoretical and practical concerns . The credibility of the government is used to measure the government credit conditions and credit of the important concepts . \From the government 's perspective , the credibility of the local government with respect to the credibility of the central government faces greater challenges. Local governments the loss of credibility of the government will result in government operating costs increased seriously affect the government's performance , shaken the legitimacy of the government base , but also affect the cohesion of society as a whole and the credit environment . Thus attention and in-depth study of the credibility of the local government in China is of great practical significance .
