Abstract


The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a basic political system in line with China's national conditions , a socialist political party system with Chinese characteristics . Its establishment has some objective reasons , the Communist Party of China to respect history and respect the people's yearning for democracy and make subjective choices . Structural functionalism is an important field of political science research methods , the use of this theory from a new perspective to re-examine the system of political parties , to better reveal the relationship between the structure of the party system design and function to achieve . For the analysis of the structure of the multi-party cooperation system , mainly investigated from two aspects of the party and government relations and inter-party relations , summed up the stability of the structure of multi-party cooperation system , inclusive , harmonious characteristics . China 's multi- party cooperation system to the organic unity of the leadership core structure diversity , and to play political participation in China 's political life , expression of interests , social integration , democratic supervision , and maintenance of a stable function , reflects the value of China 's political democracy an important form . The Soviet Union as the world 's first socialist state , take the party system to provide a reference for later socialist countries , this article is a brief analysis of the Soviet one-party system architecture and functions , and derive inspiration : to uphold and improve the Communist Party leadership is the key to maintain the socialist system of political parties ; establishment of monitoring mechanisms ensure the implementation of a socialist political party system . With the deepening of socialism with Chinese characteristics , China 's multi-party cooperation system will also continue development and perfection .
