Abstract


Enterprise technical innovation project of enterprise development is the important driving force is to make enterprises in the fierce market competition environment to achieve competitive advantage key.Prior to investment on technological transformation project for scientific assessment of financial investors, policymakers can provide scientific basis for making. This thesis on the basis of GF company with an annual output of 100 tons of antioxidant TBHQ technological project financial evaluation and risk control of project, the incremental profitability and financial viability, the project economy rationality.This paper presents the background and significance of the research, and summarized the related literatures, and puts forward the research method and content。Then introduced the GF company TBHQ project ’s basic situation, elaborated the technical transformation project of reason and project technical transformation scheme. Then through the use of" with and without comparison method" on the technical transformation project for incremental analysis, The focus of the project financial evaluation index system, through comparing, with and without the project, profitability analysis the profit rate of investment, internal rate of return, investment payback period, net present value analysis, to explore the profitability of the project. Through the financial viability of net cash flow and accumulated earnings capital analysis index, to inspect the project financial viability. The project was carried out in the uncertainty analysis, including profit and loss balance analysis, sensitivity analysis and probability analysis, proved the project itself has a good anti - risk and the ability to adapt to market changes.Through this article to GF company TBHQ project financial evaluation of antioxidants, the project has good economic benefits to the conclusion. Through the selection scheme of project uncertainty analysis, a conclusion which has strong ability to resist risks conclusion. This for future similar technological transformation projects to provide valuable experience for similar project investment, enhance the ability to resist risks.
