Abstract


All kinds of disaster,public crisis,epidemic situation,etc. not only lead to common people dead and the loss of properties,but also endanger the social stabilization.As an unofficial and cooperative code that all the members of a certain team accept,social capital could be a factor which weighs the characteristics of group behavior of people.The changes of social capital have an important influence on putting common people into harmony.In general,the analysis of social capital has a significant effect on the foundation of emergency reaction system.Because social capital has all the characteristics of system,it could be studied from the perspective of system.During the crisis,the social capital system has a large deal of negative entropy flowed into,and keeps itself away from balance state.And there are positive feedback and nonlinear interplay in the system.Therefore it could be studied from the view of dissipative structure theory.Because the Simmel coupling and weak ties rise very quickly during the crisis,social network theory can be used to explain the change of social capital curve as well.So these theories above are utilized and then based on this some suggestions are proposed to strengthen the social capital under certain conditions.At last,Wenchuan earthquake is used and the change of social capital curve has been verified according to the dissipative structure theory and social network theory and the suggestions proposed are utilized to weigh the measures that government took and the actions of medium and common people.
