Abstract


The main content of this paper, the method of literature review , analysis of the political , economic and theoretical background of Fabian socialism , the edge of the basic ideas of socialism and social welfare ideology expounded fee , as well as the Fabian socialist social welfare ideology and contemporaries compared to other social welfare ideology of the British social security system established the inquiry fee side socialist ideas of social welfare era influence and its practical significance. Fabian socialist welfare thinking advocates , including poverty, unemployment , old age problems and education , it is proposed to establish a universal pension system and the establishment of a public nursing home , the elderly and patients separate system of relief and the relief of poverty ; unemployed to provide technical training to enable them to re- employment ; and the establishment of a universal social insurance system to solve the problem of poverty ; education grants and other ways to provide all poor children receive education .
