Abstract

Modern market economy, the market to play a fundamental role in the resource allocation process, and as the basic carrier of enterprise market operation has a crucial significance for the role of the market to play. On this basis, the article discuss corporate commercial purposes should solve two problems: First, the problem of corporate governance structure, enterprise external norms. These two issues is essentially to solve the problem of the cost of internal organization and external facing business operations operating costs. Therefore, a reasonable corporate governance structure and norms of the external operating environment has crucial significance for the realization of the corporate profit purposes. Part II: In order to investigate the relevant provisions of the enterprises in the party's grass-roots organizations to exist in our current economic and legal norms, after the founding of China's economic and legal norms on enterprises in the party's grass-roots organizations in business management role and legal status.
