Abstract


With developing of global economic trend, more and more China enterprises are joining the international cooperation. Especially, the China state-owned companies have take lots of huge oversea projects. So it requires the China state-owned companies to improve their managing level such as the project communication skill improving, the international standard implementing, etc.The S company which I work for is a China state-owned company with special background. It has set up a fixed managing mode and project implementation way with long history. Thus I make this company as a typical sample and analysis it how to run oversea projects. I focus on the oversea project communication and analysis S company oversea project communication mode and the methods adapted to find the issues. I have found the solutions to improve the project communication productivity. I have analysis it and focus on the oversea project implementation in my paper.In this paper, I have analysis and summarize the project communication of S company then compared the old project managing mode and the modern project managing mode. At last find the way to improve. After reform the process and stick on“project”as the core of communication, the internal and external of resources have been around of the requirements. The core interests have be deployed well in different stages. The project manager has been set up as the key person in team and the bottle neck issue of communication has been solved with condition of tech improving. I have use a example and linked it to the theories to set up the stakeholders, manage their expectations and WBS application in the project communication. At last I used the performance report to verify the communication result.Finally, the article points out the lack of research and prospects.
