Abstract


The history of industry cluster in academic circles has been long-researched, and a relatively perfect system has been established. With the high speed of development of Finance, research on industry cluster has been broadened to Finance. However, being short history of research, the system of researching Finance is not so perfect, and more concentration on Banking and Insurance, but less Securities, being not corresponding with the importance of Securities. The development of Securities, related with national economy, is a course of securitization of national economy. With the unbalanced regional economy, sorts of industries aggregate on different levels, and Securities development is unbalance and even aggregate.Firstly, the thesis introduces the development of Securities in China after Reforming and Opening Up, and divides it into four stages which will be analysed in details later. At the same time, the distribution of Securities business in provinces will be introduced briefly, and the unbalanced distribution will be explained.Secondly, theoretically, the thesis analyses the influnce of the development of Securities to the cluster and points the possibility of researching the cluster of Securities from the development. And then analyses various factors influencing the development of Securities. Results indicate that the development of economy affects that of Securities. Therefore, the development of economy, securities and finance can be discussed comprehensively to establish development of Securities system, and then analyses this system by relative datum.Thirdly, spatial econometric analysis method will be introduced to conduct quantitative analysis of securities relative development index in all provinces.The global spatial correlation analysis will be used to prove the spatial agglomeration of securities and the local spatial correlation analysis, to explore its features. Results show that Securities aggregate in coastal provinces, especially the three economic areas, the economic Zone of Pearl River Delta, the economic Zone of Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Sea Economic Zone, and each zone shares its own characteristics.Finally, the thesis summarizes the results of securities spatial aggregation eatures and proposes some suggestions according to reality.
