Abstract


Migrant workers are an important force of Chinese urbanization, they have played a huge role in the economic construction. The government has always paid great attention to the \Generation of migrant workers to go out with the previous generation of migrant workers, with many new features, they are at the edge of the city population. The groups receive proper arrangements related to the stability of society, the government and society should give adequate care for them with the right guidance. Since 1963 Schultz creation of human capital theory, the theory of rapid development and empirical support. The theory is that people's human capital is a source of future income. Accordingly, we are concerned about the income that is derived from the new generation of migrant workers that they accept the education and training of the accumulation of human capital. Measure of the education and training of their income is an important indicator of the role is the rate of return to education, domestic and foreign scholars has done a lot of empirical research. This article is based on the basis of previous studies, the empirical study of this special group of the new generation of migrant workers return to education. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 starting from the research background and significance to define of education yields (RORE) and two related concepts generation of migrant workers, and human capital theory and education yields were reviewed; Chapter 2 of the new generation of migrant workers and the first generation of migrant workers, a more detailed comparison and analysis of the new features of the new generation of migrant workers; descriptive analysis of Chapter 3 of the new generation of migrant workers by education, training, and income; Chapter 4 of the new generation of migrant The work education yields regression analysis: (1) the estimated years of education and sex education yields. Years of education, education, rate of return of 15.1%, of which the female education yield (18.8%) is higher than men's education yield (12.7%); (2) the estimated rate of return to education for different levels of education (elementary, middle and high school, secondary vocational education).
