Abstract


The Liao Shi ( 1892-1970 ) is the famous educator of modern China . His life engaged in the cause of education , research and scientific experiments dedicated to educational theory , the formation of a unique education system of thought , especially in the aspects of teacher education and secondary education , a great impact , occupies an important position in the history of the development of modern teacher education . This paper , the Liao Shi during the war in Hunan founder of the National Teachers practice in teacher education on the basis of their teacher education ideology expounded , Analysis and Evaluation . The paper is divided into four parts . The first chapter deals with the topics originally ; brief the Liao Shi 's life and education activities , academic status ; literature review and research ideas and methods . The second chapter mainly to study the Liao Shi thought of teacher education . The Liao Shi Normal Students science , the culture of democracy and national spirit of ideas and practices , research content . The third chapter discusses the sources of the the Liao Shi teacher education thought . Mainly in three aspects: First, the impact of the fine tradition of thought in China for thousands of teachers ; Liao Shi exists historical background and reality, Liao Shi for many years engaged in the exploration of educational practice . From the three aspects , trying to explore the the Liao Shi Normal ideological formation of origin . The final chapter of contemporary thinking . The pros and cons of the normal school students training in teacher education , develop the educational development of some inspiration and reference value to explore the Liao Shi teacher education school spirit and essence of the moment Normal Schools Teachers Health .
