Abstract


With the developing into market economic, our enterprises, especially private ones faces so much challenge. It is the issue for entrepreneurs that how to deal with the challenge and how to keep the long-life force and continuous growth of enterprises. In recent years, we pay more and more attentions to the corporation culture .It is proved that the advanced culture is critical to the development of our enterprises. Just as said in Magazine FORTURE: Without strong corporation culture, excellent corporate values, corporate spirit, and philosophy belief, no corporate strategy can succeed. The write supposes that the building the corporation culture suitable for the growth and development is critical to assure continuous development.This paper is based on the company of ZJGX, and based on the relevant theory of corporation culture .Through the three phases of the corporation culture of ZJGX’s development, I researched the current corporation culture of ZJGX from the view of the culture of company ,explained the intension of ZJGX corporation culture ,and found ZJGX’s culture soul of people oriented, boldness in innovation,aggression and development, sense of social responsibility.ZJGX stress its culture management to enhance the aggression and development, ,the good quality of management efficiency culture construction, build a multi corporation culture relation mode of“developing”, and form a consolidate core culture in the group company .This paper discussed the concrete measures of improving these situations. It will guide ZJGX to perfect its corporation culture construction, and help to upgrade its core competitive power.
