As the internet technology are improved and the PC are popularized,E-commerce devoleped rapidly in China as a new business mode,which affect the business structure of China deeply and extensively. However,the rise of E-commerce also is a blast for the traditional business.In such a situation,the strategic decision of most companies have to be reviewed,Change or not,Keeping on devoleping the market in traditional way,or establishing a new business mode with internet technology, is a problem for them to make a decision.If they decide to change,what they should do to go far in the rode of diversity.I will take DRZ company as a example,using the relative theories of enterprise devoleping strategy,marketing and e-commerce,talk the new business exploration way to readers,and give the executive plan details for the relative companies’reference.
