Abstract


In recent decades, China's science and technology has been an unprecedented development, which makes the country's prosperity and development of scientific and technical journals have important support. However, with the continuous development of market economy, scientific journals because of its inherent characteristics, development has encountered a bottleneck, but also a lot of problems with the government and the absence of relevant offside, for which we need for the development of Chinese scientific journals do in-depth research problems and countermeasures .
