However, due to not grasp the specificity of drugs circulating from other goods, not identify deficiencies in the system to hold down prices and causes behind, not clear the position of the Subjects in the circulation of drug distribution supply chain, the problem Pharmaceutical market and the prices still have not been standardized to effectively address. Next analyzed medicine bidding purchasing in Kunming, By analyzing, although drug prices declined, However, existing mechanisms have the problem of Vicious competition and lack of quality assurance. So we Propose the use of composite price of bidding in Medicine bidding purchasing. Then build two models, one is fitting approach price model which determine the price. in this model,As long as that the estimation and the tender side of the base price forecast is accurate enough, the price can be calculated by the formula. And then, evaluated the effect of composite price model and verified the validity of it.
