Abstract

Data acquisition system is designed to capture the desired signal , mainly for test and measurement, and monitoring of scientific experiments and other occasions . With the development of China's space technology , for an important part of the field of aerospace test - data collection techniques are increasingly high requirements . In this paper, based on the existing collection system , through the trigger circuit , signal conditioning circuits, and data compression research and implementation, analysis of high-performance data acquisition system design, some of the key issues. Trigger circuit design, respectively, through the DA devices AD8522 high-resolution and high-speed AD and comparators AD9238 and FPGA devices to achieve a combined analog trigger circuit and pure digital trigger circuit , and both were tested , analyzed and compared , summed up the their advantages and disadvantages and application of occasions to improve the system trigger flexibility. PGA103 and a range of other devices used to achieve the input range is ± 1mV ~ ± 20V, amplifier frequency band is 0 ~ 100kHz, the output voltage range of ± 1V signal conditioning circuits , optical isolation circuit through inhibition of the digital control signal to analog circuit effects , by reducing the power supply noise filter module for interference . DA Dual compensated through a high-precision calibration source design , and based on a linear model implemented in the FPGA signal conditioning circuit for this calibration circuit , to obtain a better calibration results and improve the system accuracy. By using self-designed CAM as desired dictionary LZW algorithm , based on the state machine implemented on FPGA thinking lossless data compression algorithm simplifies the process of increasing the data transfer speed.
