Abstract


Traditional Pump control system mainly uses conventional control devices and computer monitoring of control. Changshu hydro pump station has been in operation since 1996 , the Taihu Lake area flood prevention and security made ​​a great contribution . But then the degree of automation is relatively backward , after several years of operation, the entire control system is not working properly, some of the equipment the company has been unable to eliminate lead replacement . In this paper, Changshu hydro pump integrated automation system transformation practice , focusing on analysis of the PLC site design and application of the control unit . The main task is to control the scene pumping relay control transformation of the original PLC automatic control . First, this paper analyzes the Changshu hydro pump integrated automation system improvement projects and necessity of the sources analyzed domestic pumping station control system development, outlines the Project Description and control system requirements, and pumping stations distributed control system design. Combined with field control unit pump design, selection of PLC , PLC -site design and structure of the control unit , PLC network set up for analysis. Design is complete, on-site control unit (LCU) device was commissioning and operation . Commissioning and operation results show that the PLC used in the transformation unit LCU device is feasible, new LCU device can meet the functional requirements of the transformation .
