Company S, a Joint Venture which combined by the leading technology of excellent enterprise both in Chinese and Foreign inventors, although still to the technology as the core competitiveness, but inevitably faces various excellent multinationals to China seizes the market competition, and domestic production enterprise hope by foreign acquisitions to conquer the pressure of technical challenges.In this paper, the company S, the Auto Parts Manufacturer, in the current challenges and equal competition, can put forward from the point of view of optimizing supply chain to improve the company’s competitive advantage. On the premise of optimizing supply chain, to supply chain management theory, procurement theory, inventory theory and lean production theory as a foundation, separately from S company organization structure and traffic flows, purchasing process, material process control, warehouse inventory strategy and processing and supplier evaluation process five aspects discusses the present procedures may appear problem, and then from the four aspects of the puts forward optimum scheme and implementing measures.
