With computer technology, network technology and communication technology, all walks of life continues to accelerate the process of development of information technology , people are using computer and network technology to handle a variety of business , access information, share resources , coordinate and manage their own work requirements also increasing. Schools, businesses , government and other departments have set up their own office network , development of appropriate office automation software system to enable fast , efficient, flexible and collaborative office environment, reduce office expenses . Office automation in schools, businesses and government departments widely used and developed . This study aims to accelerate the construction of e-government information technology , and comprehensively improve the level of office automation applications . In this paper, the education system , Baiyun District office automation system project as a research object, from requirements , design, implementation to the application , made a detailed introduction. In the system-related technologies , mainly on the development environment , database design methods , SQL Server 2000 database usage were introduced, while a detailed description of the system structure model and interface design principles. In the design of the system , we study and analyze the office automation system of receipt by the management, issued a document management and other core functions , discussed in detail the overall system architecture design, functional design , business process design and database design , summed up an office automation system design ideas. System based on ASP.NET technology, combined with SQL Server2000 database to achieve. The results show that the use of the system , the system first implemented department and user management, document submission , document receipt, document queries, information dissemination and other features to meet the majority of administrative documents information management needs . Second, speed up the transfer speed of administrative documents , improving efficiency . Third , the use of browser mode , easy to maintain , easy to operate . System is currently running stable, fully reflects the value of its application , thus proving the design approach discussed in this article is feasible .
