Abstract


Tea and cotton as both the agricultural economy of a large crop of tea industry in recent years to be implemented urgently and industrial development of the country's macroeconomic adjustment of agricultural structure are inextricably linked . Its industrial reasonable adjustment and upgrading of industrial efficiency is not just about the economics of tea , but is related to the accounting for 9% of the agricultural population farmers benefit social problems. China as the world's tea production , processing and marketing power, over ten billion yuan annual output value of tea , but tea industry in the field of information is almost nonexistent. Implement it as soon as possible in order to drive the industry 's information industry restructuring and development , the benefits can not be underestimated . How to speed up the process of agricultural information to enhance the level of information technology tea industry , tea industry through information technology to stimulate modernization of the tea industry , is the urgent need to address an important issue. Tea industry of information technology is not only an important theoretical issue , but also a major practical problem . This study is the information management technology to tea garden management and development of tea industry in an effort to establish a simple, user -friendly information management system for tea , tea industry of China's information technology development as well as the recommendations put forward feasible implementation methods . Tea tea industry information management system is embodied in the form of information technology for the tea industry in all aspects of the production process user needs to study how the information technology and farmers demand for organic tea production and corporate integration , and summarized in the comprehensive analysis of China's current tea industry development of information technology , combined with domestic and international experience , based on the establishment of an integrated information system of tea , including: growers information Service ; expert consulting management system ; environmental information management system ; remote sensing control tea production management system ; tea market information systems and integrated decision support system six subsystems. For the tea industry and information technology has made specific binding and enforceable management information system specific construction methods .
