Abstract


Company D material costs accounted for more than 70% of total sales , the inventory system which determines the careful analysis of the necessity and importance to be optimized . Inventory management theory and in many ways , ABC analysis is one of them , and in practice has been widely used . Through the D company's inventory situation analysis , the improvement for the problem , the authors developed a dynamic ABC's inventory management system . Each time you run MRP, ERP system will automatically set once ABC code. This article also A, B, C three types of materials procurement method was analyzed and discussed , that all materials can be used on a regular basis to manage procurement law . Orders, receiving, inventory and so can be calculated as the number of days available (ADS), ease of procurement staff to more effectively control inventory . This article is an electronics manufacturing enterprise inventory management optimization of research papers. This paper applied research methods and measures for improvement, but also for other types of enterprises have a certain reference value.
