Abstract


Employment ,as a the source of people’s lifeblood,is quietly an important problem faced by Economics study and development and is been paid more attenuation by economist and governments in the world. Therefore the study of the employment, in the period of transition is a important part to the issue of China’s industrial structure. Marxist Economics is a scientific theoretical system, and its employment and employment of the industrial sector on the theory is mainly reflected in his theory of organic composition of capital and social reproduction theory. Operation. Marx’s theory of social reproduction tells us that the realization of social reproduction,not only requires basic proportions of the balance of the two major departments,but also for other local proportion of balance to demand that a corresponding adjustment of industrial structure in order to achieve overall balance in the national economy.Industrial structure is the most important factor in the economic structure, structural changes must be reflected in changes in the structure of employment, the two are interdependent, dialectical relationship. At present, in the transition period, the industrial structure and employment structure have the features of non-equilibrium , mainly for the primary industry has a lot of hidden unemployment in the labor force causing great pressure on employment, the structure of secondary industry and the positive deviation unable to absorb more labor force, tertiary industry is the main sector to absorb labor, but the employment to absorb space is narrowing. Problem and solution to the problem while producing, in order to promote China’s industrial structure and employment structure of the balanced development, it should make efforts in the following areas: investment-led economic growth to reverse the situation, the state-owned enterprises play a role in promoting employment , handle the labor-intensive and capital-and technology-intensive industries the relationship between the strong role of the tertiary industries to absorb labor force and strong advantages, vigorously develop education and improve their quality and standards.
