Abstract


From 2000 to 2010 decade, the German Football Association plans to spend his youth training in Germany with more financial support and the platform. Compared to the German youth football training, China’s Football Association has done a lot of its efforts to develop youth football situation has some results, but the situation is not optimistic about the future.Reflection on these issues, such as the author planned the research. I collect first-hand from the German data for the training of youth football offers a new case and data. To organize, comparative analysis, the author summarizes general points, that is, through youth football in the German training system of the two comparative studies, establish and perfect for our youth soccer training system to provide more theoretical basis for research.Through the training program of Junior Football (Trial), and competition for youth soccer training program with the German league system, and compare a comprehensive understanding of the two countries in terms of youth culture the status of football players, and to analyze its causes. For the culture of youth football players brought many problems, made the following recommendations:1. recommended the training of young football a more concrete outline of adding quantitative statistical indicators, the use of a more comprehensive scale, to provide for the implementation of our young people develop more feasible, more detailed operational guidance training program.2. to find the relevant point of China’s domestic use, the professional league and youth soccer league butt, rich mode of operation of Football League, football development for the future of competition for more practical system.3. enrich their training objectives, improve the training mechanism, better and faster to improve the level of youth football.4. We should look at the advantages of international perspective and, ultimately, transformation and use of localization is the most important issue.
