Abstract


IT service management level, so that the level of business applications has been rapid development, IT operation and maintenance management of information technology in all walks of life has become an important component. This thesis is based on current international standard for IT service management ITIL, to achieve a J2EE-based three-tier B / S Shaanxi rent issue tracking management system. The article first describes the meaning and purpose of thesis analyzes operation and maintenance management information need ; then design the overall architecture of the system , including network architecture and business logic structure ; Then discuss problem management, change management, assessment management , issues published design and implementation process , as well as a large number of issues through data analysis, a linear least squares regression method to establish mathematical models , to achieve the operation and maintenance workload scientific predictions . The issue in the realization of information systems at the same time , focusing on research and practice of object-oriented design and development methods. Use Strurts framework for the development of J2EE-based three-tier B / S information systems, using standard modeling language UML to establish a system model and structure of a linear regression by the least squares method to establish mathematical model of operation and maintenance work on scientific analysis and forecasting. Implements business logic and data processing rules by the provincial bureau unified management, data and programs focused on unified server , the application on the client's centralized operation and maintenance mode. Shaanxi is consistent with the current actual rent information , but also for the follow-up study provides a good software and hardware platform .
