Abstract


More and more companies , governments have become OA (office automation ) users, through office automation to improve coordination between departments office, information flow and sharing . At the same time the workflow technology has become a new generation of office systems essential to supporting technology . Common are OSWorkFlow and JBPM etc. , has been in office automation to get more and more applications . OA focus on the process of their own unique process model above , but in the application process, the workflow system storm drain some of the defects in the office automation which meet the special aspects of the process model is powerless , business analysts analysis model the implementation of the model and developers there is a big difference , making the workflow system implementation more difficult. JBPM workflow engine to overcome the above drawbacks , JBPM engine to a business process seen as a uml activity diagram , a detailed definition of each part of the activity diagram , is conducive to business people and communication between developers and process implementation ; flexible expansion mechanism, making JBPM process model in dealing with OA , including the rollback task reminder task , countersigned task , Cc task , dynamic task is to provide a strong support . Thesis JBPM workflow engine were studied, the work done and the results obtained were as follows: for the office automation system to do a needs analysis . Detailed analysis of the system application requirements, system solutions are given , according to requirements analysis, design of the system's overall framework and modules. Meanwhile in the workflow platform for OA and OA in the workflow platform and J2EE framework gives a detailed combination of design and implementation. System has been tested to run properly, the various functions meet the business needs of users . Now the system has been put into use and have achieved good results.
