Wireless Sensor Network is one of the hot Industrial control technology in recent years, with the performance of low energy consumption, low cost, high flexibility, it can well compensate for the inadequancies of cable connection. At the same time, with industrial automation control development, it has become a trend to put Wireless Network into the Industrial automation control. In this paper, the research will focus on the Integration between Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) and Profibus-DP Fieldbus to realize seamless connection.This paper first states the development of Wireless Sensor Network and Fieldbus technology, the necessary of integration between this two network is proposed. Then, through the system requirements analysis, propose to design a gateway to get the integration between them and give the design scheme.Then, this paper get the work in accordance with the design scheme. It elaborate hardware platform and software design of the gateway. Hardware platform design of the Gateway contains WSN module, power supply system, Fieldbus protocol realize module, various peripheral interface circuit, etc. The software design contains WSN networking program design, communication between WSN module and the protocol realize module, etc.At last, build a gateway test system to test the performance of the gateway. From the results of the test, the gateway works very well. Base on this, put the gateway into a Sewage Treatment Plant for engineering trial:add wireless monitoring point to the existing control network, and the gateway can collect the data imformation form this field wirless point, it shows good industrial performance.
