Abstract


Modern logistics requirements at the exact time , the exact location of an accurate price supplies delivered to the customer, requires precise management and control of the entire supply chain . As the most complex logistics aspects of the auto parts industry , auto parts logistics mode also has obvious constraints on the entire supply chain management . In this paper, based on in-depth analysis of the existing problems of the needs of the auto parts industry, logistics and supply chain management , a third-party logistics software platform solution to these problems , in order to optimize its supply chain management system . In this paper, the auto parts industry, logistics information management status and related Web framework , the structure and function of a third-party logistics system software platform module framework design , and given as a basis for the detailed design of the system and the main function modules . Third party logistics software platform follows the Hub model - based enterprise integration solutions , using a Web-based integration of third-party data exchange , inventory information sharing , distributed databases , multi - client architecture and supports a variety of e-commerce standard with the standard electronic supply chain or system for peer-to-peer communication . The test results show that the system , have to meet the design requirements of the software in both functionality and performance . This paper presents the implementation and application of the third-party logistics software platform , not only can effectively improve the level of auto parts enterprise information , but also through the interaction of the management information systems and scheduling systems , real-time access inventory information , greatly reducing logistics and production costs .
