Abstract


Good ERP system should be suitable to the enterprises and designed based on the character of them. It also should have a certain commonality and reflected the management thoughts. Compared with others, consumer imaging industry which is the processing service industries with small size is emerging. The production of it is non-standardized one. Currently, there are more than 300 workshops in the mainland but only 2 workshops have passed ISO9000 standard. Non-standardized production makes it difficult to realize ERP system in the print industry.At present, it makes consumer imaging industry develop rapidly both rapid economic development in China and the growth of personal consumption. The rapid expansion of enterprises makes them begin to value production management and introduce of ERP system to improve production efficiency, reduce production cost and enhance the competitive ability.ERP management system in the paper is designed for the production system Keda printing companies. According to the character of industry, it tries to realize the management thought of the enterprises with constructing a reasonable management process, stable security ERP production management system. It is a tool for enterprises to improve the production efficiency, to provide management and decision making. The paper firstly introduces the background, significance, character and target of ERP production management system in the print industry, and then analysis the function needs of the system. According to the standard ERP prototype of production management system, it analyzes the character of this enterprise, abandons the unsuitable, and focuses on system behavior, to determine the main function point of the system. For the special work process, it uses the method of the work flow design. There is a detailed analysis to the character of the industry and demanding of special function, such as change of the process and function requirements.Main functions module of the system includes: based data on system management, such as technological setting, product set, customer settings; foundation data on the order management, such as the management of handing and sending, statistics of work amount, inventory management and financial management. According to the analysis on demand, this paper expounds the trade-offs optimization on the system flow and detailed design of the function of module. Finally, it also considered the production management ERP system other system interface.
