Abstract


In recent years,our country has increased its capital spending year after year on three agriculture and attended to speed up rural Informationization and accelerate the process of rural Modernization in China.The construction of three agricultural information system aims to integrate the network information service of agriculture, rural areas and farmers,also comprehensive information services will be provided to farmers.The system relies on the Fujian Province Government Affair Information network,provide an unified platform for every department to systematize and standardize information distribution. It also provide the daily production and life information service for the farmers.This paper studies design and implementation of information distribution subsystem of three agricultural information system.According to the requirements of the system is a major achievement of the information distribution subsystem.This system uses B/S design pattern,MVC software architecture.Oracle is used to manage data.The main framework of the system is an up-to-date 3-layers structure including business logic layer (BLL), user layer (UL) and data access layer (DAL).The advantage of this structure is to reduce the coupling among layers, enhance the flexibility and reduce the cost of system development and maintenance. MVC design pattern is used to achieve the business process of the system,and the Struts used to achieve the performance tier.Additionally it also explains how to deploy software and access back-end database by connection Pool in weblogic Server.In this thesis,the information distribution subsystem is fully operational requirement analysis and functions designed,and uses the JBuilder platform for the development of the system. The subsystem mainly achieves management process from creating a document to Publishing.It provides the main features of the three modules:Publishing Process Template Management Module,Publishing Process Management Module and Process Nodes Management Module.Publishing Process Template Management Module is the foundation and prerequisite of the subsystem.It is responsible for The initial Settings of process nodes.Publishing Process Management Module uses template for creation publishing process and sets users for each process node.Process Nodes Management Module intends to implement operational attributes of each node.In this paper,it describes the detailed design and implementation of these modules.
