Abstract


Credit risk management has always been a difficult management of the financial industry, especially for rural credit cooperatives in China which is in the reform.credit risk is one of the most important risk that Rural credit cooperatives are facing, credit management is lack of scientific methods, resulting in asset size and effectiveness of asymmetry, there are an urgent need for the application of advanced technology to identify, measure credit risk, In addition to take effective measures to advance something credit risk in the control and resolve to improve the rural credit cooperatives in the core competitiveness of China’s banking industry, and Finally we can service agriculture, countryside and farmers and get their own win-win benefits.This paper analyzes the construction of rural credit cooperatives in Inner Mongolia credit risk management system, in the first place, it gives a need for credit risk management system on a detailed needs analysis, in the second place,it discusses the design and implementation of the credit risk management system, also it describes testing and operation of the credit risk management system, Finally, credit risk management system of rural credit cooperatives of Inner Mongolia were summarized, and prospected.
