Abstract


With the vigorous development of many new media, traditional television media is limited to a single broadcast is gradually losing its audience. Audience to see in the same channel at the same time that the same content, and belongs to the unilateral force receiving. This situation can easily cause fatigued and boredom, is also an important reason for the loss of traditional television media audience, the urgent need to broadcast a new way to change this situation. With the development of data broadcasting technology, multicast become an important direction of development in the field of digital television. Digital television transmission protocol based on analysis of data broadcast packet technology for digital TV broadcast single problem, combined with the Shanghai Media Technology Development Co., Ltd. \centrally controlled packet broadcast system design, analysis of the principle and implementation of programs; analysis through transmission standard for digital television system, designed on the static the packet and dynamic grouping the technology; through digital the the TV codec standard analysis, combined with static the packet and dynamic packet technology, put forward the concept of the event, and codec to packet through the event, centralized control through a set of front-end system is divided into a series of groups of more than terminal system; concept through the analysis, combined with the packet and event data broadcasting standards of a digital television system, the proposed concept of packet downloaded, combined with the operation of the carousel, fill point, to achieve a the packet download in the broadcast channel; in combination the basis of the feedback of the laboratory test data and test run on an analysis of its characteristics and the advantages of the existing system. Centralized control packet broadcast system trial operation in Shanghai Oriental Pearl Mobile TV platform. Through the analysis of the results of the trial run, the FTP imputed download program to make up for some of the defects of the system. The system also passed the appraisal by experts of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the leading domestic and international advanced evaluation, and won the the SARFT Technology Innovation Award, the experts affirmed. The significance of this study is to put forward a broadcast and grouping of the packet data control program in a broadcast channel, and its feasibility is validated through laboratory testing and commissioning, the broadcast of a new mode for traditional broadcast TV media , is conducive to resolving the problem of the gradual loss of its audience.
