Abstract


Wireless Mesh Networks ( Wireless Mesh Networks WMN ) is a high rate , wide coverage , scalability and low investment in emerging network , it will be expanded and enhanced wireless broadband access to the Internet solutions . However, its business fluctuations in the flow of change and the lack of network capacity constraints widely used in Wireless Mesh Networks . Therefore , this paper presents a dynamic channel allocation routing (Dynamic Channel Assignment Routing, DCAR) protocol to improve the mesh network capacity and to optimize network performance . The DCAR protocol information of the node in which the local network , the channel assignment and routing . Has the the DCAR agreement two different channel allocation strategy . Multi-interface multichannel environment , the DCAR protocol through the use of dynamic channel allocation mechanism can effectively reduce the interference in the network , to improve the overall capacity of the network . On this basis , the the DCAR protocol also introduces the access control mechanism to prevent the traffic load exceeds the limit of network capacity . According to theoretical calculations , simulation and experimental measurements , we have come to the maximum effective bandwidth available in the channel , which perform admission control . If your network is in a serious saturation , the DCAR Agreement refused new business into the network to prevent network degradation or even collapse . In addition , the the DCAR agreement also uses load balancing mechanism , so that the flow of new business into the network to be able to circumvent the \Overall, the network traffic load can be uniformly distributed in the space region and the electromagnetic band . QualNet simulation platform and the TJU MeshNet Testbed experiment bed , respectively, to achieve dynamic channel allocation routing protocol , and a large number of simulation and experiment . The data results show that the dynamic channel allocation routing protocol can effectively reduce the flow and flow interference , substantial increase in the capacity of the mesh network . The DCAR agreement with load balancing mechanism and access control mechanisms can effectively use the resources of the network , to avoid congestion , to guarantee a certain quality of service .
