Abstract


As China’s power system and electricity market reform, the establishment of traditional management thinking, management and power management tools have been difficult to adapt to the needs of enterprise development. In order to improve their market competitiveness, we must be efficient management of power resources, materials to build new power management system to adapt to the development of enterprises.In this paper, Sichuan Power Company’s construction materials management system, for example, in dealing with the development of the power status of corporate materials management system, based on the analysis of electric power companies through field survey the composition of materials management systems, power their business scope and logical structure, materials management functional requirements and network architecture. Choose a convenient and easy extension of C / S software development model, using J2EE, database technology, XML technology, plug-in technology, NetFlow technology, and business workflow technology, the use of these technologies to build the system more stable, more comprehensive and easier to extend and upgrade to facilitate system maintenance. The ultimate goal is to build a development of power sector to adapt to the material management information system.This paper analyzes the system’s design requirements, design elements, and system characteristics. All material management system to classify the different operators on different operating functions of materials, including planners, acceptance and custodians three roles, corresponding to the power supplies of demand planning, procurement plan, goods storage, the current materials management, materials a library, transfer and other functions to achieve, taking into account the business and management functions to better meet the power requirements of corporate materials information management.
