Abstract


With the rapid development of Internet, the construction of broadband networks has improved,the network began to bring people to various forms of information. But people also faced another unavoidable dilemma: on the network to see vivid details of the media presentation , while waiting for transfer documents had to spend a lot of time. In order to solve this contradiction, a new media technology has emerged, and it is streaming media technology. Now, Streaming media technology is widely used in Internet information services, every aspect of people’s work and life had a profound impact. Therefore, through researching streaming media technology, how to allow users on the network can be quickly and accurately find the required video and smooth viewing, to provide users with a better video experience, it is of great significance. This article first introduces the research background and significance, and the current status of domestic and foreign studies, and then introduced the Web Services and related technologies and streaming media and related technologies, and then analyzed the defects and shortcomings of current streaming media publishing, Web Services itself does not save the state, which resulted in the Web Services call to a lot of state information to pass. On the one hand, it can not guarantee security, On the other hand, it wasted network resources。Aimed at the current status of streaming media publishing, the state of Web Services has added, combining with SMIL functionality. This article proposed a stateful Web Services Streaming Media publishing model, it can save the user’s behavioral state, and save network bandwidth consumption effectively, reduces the time users to find video.Finally, on the basis of the study, this article designed and implemented this streaming media prototype system based on stateful Web Services. The operating results show that the solution overcomes the shortcomings of stateless Web Services and provides users with a personalized service,enables users to easily access to resources. A solution of cross-platform, seamless integration is implemented and achieved effectively. This solution has the characteristics of strong flexibility as well as scalability and easy to maintenance In the end, the work done is summarized and further research is prospected.
