Abstract


Since the 1990s , supply chain management is becoming an important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage to enhance their competitiveness . The great changes brought about by the economic environment , enterprises are facing the risk factors increasing , supply chain management is facing can spot potential supply chain risk factors , and risk control at an acceptable level within the problem . Internal audit as an important means of enterprise management control , is even more important in the evaluation and control of supply chain activities , supply chain performance and supply chain risk control . As the automotive industry in total industrial activity is a very important position , and the complexity of the supply chain management , supply chain internal audit in the application of the auto companies , it is more meaningful. In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and model use a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis , interdisciplinary multi-angle analysis , the supply chain internal audit methods and applications from the auto companies . The paper is divided into five parts content : first to introduce the background of this paper , the main basis of the topics , the condition and problems of the domestic and international research , research methods and content ; then the theory of the supply chain theory and the internal audit , to provide a basis for the expansion of this article ; followed by the establishment of internal audit methodology of the supply chain , supply chain risk identification and assessment of the supply chain processes of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy control effectiveness evaluation of the performance of the combination of qualitative and quantitative supply chain processes evaluation methods and the remaining risk analysis ; then on the basis of the method of research for the automotive business characteristics , the analysis of the contents of the automotive supply chain of internal audit , and analyze the risk level of the automotive supply chain , to build the internal processes of the supply chain to control the effectiveness of evaluation system and process performance evaluation system ; last part of the summary of the full text and research prospects .
